TRANSFORMERS 3 news roundup & pictures!

In the immortal words of Beavis, “There’s, like…too much cool stuff to keep track of…”

There was a lot of filming for Transformers 3 over the weekend in Chicago.  I could go on and on about it, but here’s the long and the short of it:

• Optimus Prime has his trailer back (finally)!  It looks very classic and sexy.
• The Stunticons appear in the film.  Well, at least three of them.  They’re NASCAR racers with an apparent third, ‘attack’ style mode, that have a very Mad Max-meets-M.A.S.K. vibe.
• The Ferrari Enzo, which most fans theorize will be Hot Rod in the film, can be spied.
• There will be much ‘Bayhem’ in the film (what else?).

In other Transformers news, The Realm has learned that upcoming series Transformers Prime will indeed be linked story-wise to the live action films, for better or worse.  Also, there is confirmation that Frank Welker is in fact portraying Megatron in the series, and possibly other characters as well.  Can’t wait!
