Had you been wondering what was going on with the DP movie? Apparently so has Deadpool creator, Rob Liefeld. He has been making all kinds of remarks about the project via his Twitter account. A while back we had posted the story that Warner Bros. was so happy with the dailies that were coming out of GL that they greenlit GL2 and put it on the fast track. The footage that they’re seeing must be better than monkey crack because they’ve put the Flash movie on hold to come after GL2. The thing is WB wants to bang these (trilogy) out and cash in, so that likely means filming back to back. The problem that arises (at least based on what Liefeld has been tweeting) is when would Reynolds be left with time to step away to film the Deadpool movie?

Bottom line about Deadpool film is that if FOX doesn’t pull the DP film together with Ryan Reynolds between GL films-they should Hari Kari
Ryan Reynolds is the new Will Smith, if FOX can’t maximize this window of opportunity with this star, this character, that script=MASSV FAIL
If FOX blows this one, they’ll have to ask “How did we start at the finish line and get pushed all the way back to the starting gate??
Given the feud that’s been going on between WB & Fox for the last few years (Watchmen, ), it seems this is just another case where the bickering continues. Only this time WB is gonna stick it to Fox.
