With even more Neon!
We’ve been hearing rumblings of Tron Uprising for close to a year now. The animated series that suppose to bridge the gap between Tron and Tron Legacy. Well, the first trailer, that’s suppose to be included on the Tron Legacy BluRay, has hit the net. Verdict: Awesome!

The combination of what appears to be cell and CG is magnificent. I love the look of the show already. Hell, they’ve even included a sampling of the Daft Punk score, which is always a good thing. If you have no idea whats going on, good ol Wikipedia has the synopsis for the show:
Beck, a young program who becomes the unlikely leader of a revolution inside the computer world of The Grid. His mission is to free his home and friends from the reign of the villainous Clu 2 and his henchman General Tesler. Beck will be trained by Tron – the greatest warrior the Grid has ever known. Tron will not only teach Beck the fighting skills he needs to challenge this brutal military occupation, but will be a guide and mentor to him as he grows beyond his youthful, impulsive nature into a courageous, powerful leader. Destined to become the new protector of the system, Beck adopts Tron’s persona and becomes the archenemy of Tesler and his oppressive forces.[3]
The voice cast includes Elijah Wood, Lance Henriksen, Paul Rubens, Mandy Moore and Tron himself, Bruce Boxleitner. It’s set to debut on Disney XD next year, but before that, we get a ten part micro series, akin to Clone Wars, that’s suppose to set up for this show.
