How did America react to a real digital singer?
Saturday night at Anime Expo was the Hatsune Miku concert. Our guys Cesar and Johnathan were there. They proclaimed awesomeness. So did everyone else that attended. This is a big deal, being Miku’s first concert in the US, it’s going to gauge the possibility of more date state side. Seeing that VIZ and Toyota are now on board with promoting Miku, and the reaction from the crowd, I say more shows are coming.

The DVD was announced during the official announcement of Miku coming to AX.. which was back in May. It was one of the main reasons that there no recording, other than what was smuggled out or allowed by the organizers for press. Even then, it was only the first 4 songs I believe that were allowed to be filmed. No date has been announced yet, but I would assume it would be later this year, when I think that Miku might be touring the US
