One of the beauties about an outdoor shoot is that not only do spy pics with nougat filled spoilers come out, but mishaps get documented too. In the long history of movie screw ups, only a few have ever seen the light of day. Some are funny, then some are tragic. *coughtwilightzonecough* Luckily, the one today is kinda funny. Comic book movie got these images of a sequence involving the new Batwing. The crew was filming a sequence of it chasing down a car in Pittsburgh, when the left side of the wing hit a light pole, nearly destroying the vehicular prop. The pictures below tell the story of the damage.
It’s actually kinda amazing. There were no injuries. That’s always a plus. But seeing a fuck up like this, with such.. detailed pictures, is another unprecedented moment of Internet leakage stemming from the Dark Knight Rises. I swear there will be a whole book written about all of this in a few years. We’re basically done with full term security on movies. When shit like this gets out and we the public can actually see the accident in progress. Game over man. Game over.
