Sooner than you might think! We now know two facts about Transformers 4:
* It will be a steaming pile of crap.
* It will be released on June 29th, 2014.
This release date was announced as a part of a press release – posted at The Awesome One’s blog – for a two-picture deal Bay has made with Paramount Pictures. First, Bay will make Pain And Gain with the Rock and Marky Mark (okay, you got me – Dwayne Johnson and Mark Wahlberg), targeted for 2013. Then, he will line Hasbro’s already deep pockets with more plastic robot money.
Frankly, I don’t see how he’s going to make that deadline. Think about it: it’s already a little over two years from now! And he’s making another movie in the interim? Remember what happened with Revenge Of The Fallen, and what the writer’s strike did to the production schedule of that one? This is going to be interesting to watch.
