Ok…if you want to be left completely in the dark stop reading now!!! I mean it, go away!!! [SPOILER ALERT]Are they gone?! Good!! Ok now onto the good stuff.
A small town Georgia newspaper just reported about a meeting between the representatives from the small town of Senoia and AMC representative Mike Riley. That meeting discussed the possible uses of their town in Season 3 and possibly Season 4 (YEA!!!!!)
“Senoia will become a town that is a sanctuary from the zombie apocalypse. You’re in a safe environment. If you’re outside it, you’re not,” Riley said, adding the fictional settlement will be ruled by a “benevolent dictator.”(Hmmm, is the Governor finally making his appearance and who wants to bet it’s Daryl’s Brother who was handcuffed to a rooftop pipe and had to cut his own hand off to escape in the first episode?)
As for how the survivors have kept the zombie hordes at bay, Riley said the crew plans to build a “temporary, movable perimeter wall” in the town.
“It will look like a gate,” he said. “[Made from] various paraphernalia—old tires, doors.”
Riley said crews could be in the town for quite a while, meaning whatever place Senoia is portraying should factor pretty heavily into the upcoming third season, and maybe longer.
