Perhaps, it was for the best.
A friend of mine was telling me about the bio dogs used at the end of Hunger Games. She was explaining to me that they were suppose to be made out of the dead tributes. I explained to her, from the looks of the dogs used in the movie, that they didn’t go the whole human route, as the CG was mediocre. Well, it turns out that Gary Ross and crew were planning on using the original concept, as you can see below. Again, perhaps it was for the best that these guys didn’t make it in the final film.
