Guillermo Del Toro’s Pacific Rim is now at the top of my list of most anticipated films next year. Everything he’s said about the film has sounded right. Today, the first official image from the film has hit the web featuring thespian Idris Elba in what appears to be his mech uniform.
The whole thing screams of awesome. It looks like a combination of Gantz gear and the gear the M-Unit wore in Godzilla Final Wars. I love it. Now, we need to see some monsters and the mech’s themselves.
