Old man Stallone fights Conan
Not one to be upstaged, the trailer for Sylvester Stallone’s next action film has debuted today after Schwarzenegger’s The Last Stand trailer hit. Bullet to the Head, directed by legend Walter Hill sets Stallone as an aging hit man who’s partner is killed. He then teams up with a cop (played by Han from the Fast and Furious films, Sung Kang) to take out the bastard who did in his partner, (played by the new Conan, Jason Mamoa)
I love that we’ve entered the era of the old men action stars. Stallone and Schwarzenegger are both in their 60′s, yet, not unlike Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino, something about these guys as old men kicking the shit out of people is appealing to me on the level of a naked chick shooting a laser gun at dinosaurs.
Bullet to the Head opens February 1st.
