The world has lost a good one today.
As you might have heard by now, Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away from complications due to a heart attack he suffered last month. He was 54. I’m sure by now, everyone has stated their proclamations on Duncan, but I think it’s safe to say that the consensus is that everyone loved the guy. He was a great actor who had soul to his giant stature making him a one of a kind actor. From his Oscar nominated performance in The Green Mile, to his over the top antics as the former boxing champ turned restaurant owner in The Slammin Salmon, the man had range like no other. Hell, he even convinced a whole sea of geeks that he could be a great and menacing Wilson Fisk in Daredevil over a regular fat white guy.
Instead of going on, I’m just going to leave a slew of clips commemorating the great talent we have lost today. Our thoughts & prayers go out to his family. May you rest in peace Michael.
