I don’t pretend to be the biggest Axe Cop fan out there. I do admit that the series is brilliant though. One sly comic artist Ethan Nicolle draws the exploits that his 8 year old brother Malachi comes up with. Mostly that of a Cop who wields an Axe.
The new Fox Animation Domination High Definition Saturday programming block that starts sometime next year has picked up the comic and in Adult Swim fashion, is turning it into an animated series. In a coupe, they managed to get the most perfect person to voice Axe Cop, none other than Ron Swanson himself, Nick Offerman. Watch in awe as Axe Cop comes to life in stunning 2D animation.
