Nispel chosen to lens CONAN

Remake go-to guy Marcus Nispel has been selected by Lionsgate and Nu Image/Millenium Films to helm the seemingly perpetually in-development Conan The Barbarian revision.
Variety reports that Nispel considers this a dream job, and intends to mash together his childhood fantasies, Frank Frazetta’s seminal art, and an Apocalypto feel.
Sounds like the craziest mash-up since The Grey Album.
